55% Muscat Blanc / 45% Riesling
Muscat Blanc destemmed and on skins for 12 weeks before pressing then not topped up in barrel to encourage a flor to form. The Riesling was whole bunch pressed, fermented in stainless before put to oak towards the end of fermentation. All 300lt old French oak.

Aged in oak for 16 months.
